新しいお酒の追加とアースガルド刑務所バグの対応

ちわ！おっしーっす！
今日、アップルジャムがバージョン２．４．３（通称Drunk）になりました！

今回は牢屋とアースガルド刑務所のバグ対応と要望対応、そしてチュートリアルの追加です。

主な変更内容

1. 目潰し攻撃の表示をマイルドにした
2. 新しいお酒、キーマイアを追加した
3. 睡眠中と毒中のエフェクト表現をわかりやすくした
4. 牢屋から出れなくなった場合は兵士を倒すと鍵を落とすようにした（友好度が下がります）
5. アースガルド刑務所の無実の男をエルラン属性に変更した
6. 採用を拒否し続けてきたチュートリアルを観念して入れた

　　＋一度開いたドアは閉じないようにした（2.4.2から2.4.3にて追加）

わたし、チュートリアル嫌いなんですよね。

よく最後までいかずに諦めてしまうんです。

それでチュートリアル機能はずっと拒否し続けていたんですが、

「このゲーム、ほんっっっっと、意味がわからない！！」

という多数からの温かいコメントに対応すべく、観念致しました。

そして、アースガルド刑務所のバグに遭遇してしまった方々、
本当に申し訳ありませんでした！
石の上で正座して謝ります、ごめんなさい。
これに懲りずに遊んで頂けたらと思います。
